To celebrate the 2nd anniversary of their DusTown Sounds series the DusTown kids have lined-up an evening of garage/psych/surf and rock n’ roll brilliance followed up with some of the cities finest minimal techno just in case there’s anyone in the audience not shakin’ all over after four bands.
From 9pm The Magnificent Brotherhood, The Mokkers, Plan 9 and The Feminists will try to tear the roof off the venue and blow away those New Year’s blues. My money’s on The Feminists for the roof, those guys rock hard and true.
After 1 am the techno takes over with DJ Por.No of the legendary Lisa Simpson’s Dream sure to guarantee the, as DusTown put it “Hipshaking-a-Go-Go”. Rock n’ Rave bis zum umfallen. Happy New Year.
