Aiming to be the most comprehensive and complete live rock, pop, indie, punk and electonica guide for Berlin on the web, we succeed where others fail since we’re the only dedicated resource to actually be based in Berlin. This is important. Berlin is a city of sidestreets, alleys and unmarked avenues, you have to be a local to know, to really know, what’s going on that’s good.

Yeah, there’s already a few entertainment guides here, but they’re either slow or quite boring, they often really don’t care about the music and are just plain shit to look at. Instead of complaining about the situation a lot at the pub on a Friday night, why not do something about it? A good looking gig guide that tells people quickly what’s on where, that really gets to the guts of the stuff that’s good and fun about live music in Berlin, that’s what we’re all about.” -Danno

PHOTO SUBMISSION
Photos and concert flyers may be sent to photos@blitzgigs.de. Photos should be related to Berlin music and just generally not be shit. Don’t send photos if they’re a little bit shit; if you think they’re a little bit shit, we’ll think they’re a LOT shit and we’ll laugh at you under the cuff.

TRANSLATIONS
