Pyongyang is the story of two friends: Kudjo and Silvio.
They are at different ends of the spectrum. One has just found joy, a moment ago in fact, and the other one just lost it, this second gone by.
Can you believe such a wonderful/ghastly thing?
Sadly for one and fortunately for the other, they are stuck with this feeling for the rest of their lives.
